We are AEQUITAS

A consultancy specializing in resolving conflicts related to the review of infrastructure contracts. We work in contract disputes and negotiations by providing assistance to the contracting Party or the hired law firm.

We focus on identifying the evidence to be presented during the adversarial procedure and search for proof within the available technical and contractual documentation to pinpoint the core of the controversy, assisting the Party with their needs throughout the dispute. In our role as Experts, we prepare analyses and diagnostics to assist the Arbitral Tribunal in its decision- making process.

Founded in 2010, our consultancy is composed of engineers with experience in construction contracts, gained over many years on construction sites of ports, airports, industrial works, hydroelectric plants, and corporate contract administration. Meet our partners.
