AEQUITAS is a consultancy firm formed by engineers, specializing in revising infrastructure contracts through arbitration procedures, dispute boards, direct negotiation or mediation.
Drawing from the partners' experience gained over years on construction sites, the consultancy advises the Party on the evidence to be produced, strategically and technically identifying the core of the controversy.
The role may also be as a Co-arbitrator, member of a dispute board or as an Expert, preparing analyses and diagnoses that assist the Arbitration Tribunal in its decision-making.

Arbitration
Our participation may be as one of the Co-Arbitrators who make up the Arbitration Tribunal, as a Technical Assistant to the Party, as a Technical Witness or as an Expert to be appointed by the Arbitration Tribunal.
Mediation
Acting as a facilitator, without expressing any opinions, taking sides in favor of either Party, nor advising or issuing recommendations on what could be done or possible chances of success in a subsequent dispute.
Dispute Board
Periodically visits the construction site to monitor the progress of the work. If any controversy arises during the execution of the contract, the Party may request the Board to evaluate and give its opinion on the matter.
Contract Revision
This occurs when any of the conditions established in an infrastructure contract are not fulfilled by the other Party or when the conditions are changed by an external factor beyond the control of the Parties.
